Relational Therapy for Couples & Individuals
Offerings
My therapy style is collaborative, candid, and warm. I believe clients should feel like active participants in the therapeutic process—not just subjects of it. I bring experience working with nuanced identities, including transracial adoption and biracial identity, and I’m especially interested in the intersections between race, gender, and sexuality. I specialize in inner child work, parts work, and cognitive restructuring, drawing on these approaches together to help clients uncover and shift core beliefs about themselves and the world around them.
In couples therapy, I work as part of a team alongside both partners to explore what’s happening beneath conflict, disconnection, or tension. I draw from the Gottman Method, attachment theory, and restorative justice principles to support deeper understanding, clearer communication, and meaningful repair. My hope is that each partner leaves with a clearer understanding of themselves—not only as part of the relationship, but as whole people in the world.
My approach to sex therapy is trauma-informed and rooted in fostering a healthy relationship with self and body I aim to disrupt traditional sexual scripts by creating space for curiosity, self-compassion, and play. I am kink-, poly-, and queer-affirming, and work with clients across the asexual and aromantic spectrums, those who feel disconnected from their bodies, and those who have experienced painful sex. I hold space for both the gravity and absurdity of sexuality—embracing the idea that sex can be one of the most serious and unserious things we talk about—as we cross the threshold of taboo together, safely and without shame.
